Items Eligible for Exchange

You can request a size or design exchange within 7 days of receiving your order when:

  • The product is unused, unwashed and not altered.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging are intact.
  • You have the order number or the phone number used for the order.

Tip: check our Size Guide before ordering to get the perfect fit the first time.

When You Get a Full Refund

  • You received a damaged, torn or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product, colour or size.
  • The product is out of stock after you paid in advance.

Approved refunds are sent within 3 to 7 working days through bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Items Not Eligible

  • Products that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer or altered.
  • Items bought during clearance or marked as final sale.
  • Innerwear, socks and similar items for hygiene reasons.
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos of the product and the tags.
  3. Our team confirms the exchange and arranges pickup or tells you where to send it.
  4. Your new size or design is delivered once we receive the original item.

Exchange Delivery Cost

For a size or design change requested by the customer, the customer pays the delivery charge for the new parcel. If the mistake is ours, such as a wrong or damaged item, TheClosetBD covers the full delivery cost.
