These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from theclosetbd.com. TheClosetBD may update these terms at any time and the latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the changes.
We try our best to show every product, colour and fabric accurately. Small colour differences can happen because of camera lighting and screen settings. Please check the Size Guide before ordering. Product availability can change without notice.
All prices on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are added at checkout as explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. If a product is listed with a wrong price by mistake, we will inform you before confirming the order.
An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it by phone. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the phone number or address is incorrect, or we see signs of fraud. You will be informed if an order is cancelled.
We accept Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh and advance payment through mobile banking such as bKash and Nagad. Only use payment numbers shared by our official hotline or WhatsApp.
