Delivery Charges and Time

We deliver every order from our Dhaka warehouse to your doorstep. The delivery charge is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order, so there are no hidden costs.

Orders confirmed before 6 PM are usually handed to the courier on the same day or the next working day.

Order confirmation call: our team calls you to confirm the product, size and address.
Packing and quality check: every item is checked and packed safely.
Courier handover: your parcel is sent with a trusted Bangladeshi courier service and you get updates by SMS or phone.
Delivery: the rider calls you before arriving. Check the parcel and pay.

Cash on Delivery and Online Payment

Cash on Delivery is available for every order in Bangladesh. You can also pay in advance using mobile banking such as bKash or Nagad when our team shares the payment details with you. Never send money to any number that is not shared by our official hotline.

Check Your Parcel Before Paying

You may open and check the parcel in front of the delivery rider. If the product is damaged, wrong or a different size, you can refuse the parcel and contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement as explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Possible Delivery Delays

Eid, Puja and other festival seasons when courier volume is very high.
Public holidays, hartal, floods or heavy rain.
Incorrect phone number or incomplete address.

If your parcel is late, message us with your order number and we will track it for you.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

Please keep your phone switched on during delivery. If a parcel is refused without a valid reason after the order was confirmed by phone, the customer may be asked to pay the delivery charge before placing a new order.
